You will drive user experience development for our products, translating business requirements into design specifications and collaborating with stakeholders to define user flows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable design specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine user flows.
• Develop and iterate on user interfaces using design tools.
• Apply business analysis practices to support product development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with Business Analysis practices.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI development work.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical design specs.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Design Thinking.
