Description

Lead end-to-end UX strategy, design, and development for intuitive user experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Develop responsive front-end implementations using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with product owners and architects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in UX Design and Development.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and usability testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
