You will lead a team of engineers to build scalable, UX-driven software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate design visions into technical implementations.
• Drive engineering best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and software delivery schedules.
• Establish observability for customer interactions and software performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with backend development and API integration.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards such as WCAG and ARIA.
• Proven ability to work in Agile and cross-functional environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and running experimentation frameworks like A/B testing or feature flagging.
• Knowledge of data-driven UX decision-making and AI-driven UX personalization.
