Description

You will lead information architecture and user experience design for responsive and native mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform information architecture activities including card sorting and tree testing.
• Create and deliver site maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design protocols and conduct usability tests to evaluate interfaces.
• Facilitate design reviews, working sessions, and collaborative design meetings.
• Provide UX consultation and guidance to project sponsors and implementation teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX architecture or design.
• Expertise in creating personas and user interface design documentation.
• Deep understanding of usability heuristics and crafting usability requirements.
• Ability to perform heuristic assessments of user interfaces.
• Experience working within both iterative and waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to work independently or under the guidance of a UX lead.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
