Description

Lead the UX team in designing intuitive experiences for complex B2B enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct user-centered design through research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Create key interactions, wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual comps, and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate designs based on technical constraints and usability feedback across the product lifecycle.
• Manage a small team including a product designer and UX researcher.
• Maintain component libraries, pattern libraries, style guides, and brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years designing UI/UX for Enterprise Web and Windows Desktop applications.
• 2+ years in a UX Lead or management role.
• Expert proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Zeplin.
• Extensive experience conducting user research, including observational studies, surveys, and interviews.
• Proven ability to translate abstract requirements into user workflows and prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, testing methodologies, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Experience maintaining product design systems and UX component libraries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail while working remotely with global teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for enterprise applications or testing tools with data-intensive UIs.
• Experience designing for products with large, established customer bases.
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile development cycles.
