Description

You lead UX/UI design efforts for the Digital Planning-Sizing team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Facilitate design workshops and user research sessions.
• Evaluate design solution feasibility against web and mobile technology constraints.
• Apply multidisciplinary design principles to solve complex product problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in a modern product development environment.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, UI design, user research, visual design, motion design, service design, storytelling, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Principle, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MIRRO.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technology constraints.
• Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing products.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
