Description

You will lead the user experience design process for complex digital products, from concept to implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Audit current websites for content, structure, and functionality gaps.
• Conduct competitor analysis and define new site structure and navigation flows.
• Develop reusable, modular layouts and branded design components to ensure scalability.
• Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, including color contrast and keyboard navigation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers while aligning work with brand and business goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for complex web applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, component libraries, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and information architecture.
• Thorough knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience designing compliant solutions.
• Proven experience leading design efforts and mentoring team members.
• Experience integrating external tools to ensure a unified user experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
