Description

Lead a design team to create intuitive, elegant user experiences for complex B2B software.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage a product designer and UX researcher, overseeing tools, processes, and project tracking.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and observational studies.
• Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual comps, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain UX component libraries, pattern libraries, and style guides.
• Iterate designs based on technical requirements and usability findings throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing UI/UX for Enterprise Web and Windows Desktop Applications.
• 2+ years in a UX Lead role.
• Expert knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Zeplin.
• Proven track record of conducting user research, including surveys and interviews.
• Ability to translate abstract requirements into user workflows and design specifications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating hands-on UI/UX project completion.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing data-intensive UIs for enterprise applications or testing tools.
• Experience designing for products with large, established customer bases.
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile development cycles.
