Description

Lead large-scale digital transformations and service delivery improvements within a government environment.

You will own complex digital design projects involving multiple stakeholders, agencies, and constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to map business processes against user research and technology capabilities.
• Conduct usability testing to identify pain points for job applicants and hiring staff.
• Create site maps, flow diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, and information architecture to improve user experiences.
• Apply UI style guides to create visual designs for PeopleSoft system pages and oversee implementation.
• Manage complex digital implementation projects within a government setting, delivering results on time and within budget.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX design, human-centered design, or visual communication.
• Expertise in design research, data synthesis, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Adobe Sketch (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Strong project management background with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
