You will manage the digital customer journey and product presentation for the TV & Sound category across the Nordic market.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute e-commerce launches and promotions across relevant digital channels.
- Localize global product ideas for the Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland markets.
- Develop sales-driven merchandising to package products and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with E-com, Marketing, CRM, and SEO teams to ensure a consistent customer journey.
- Analyze consumer behavior and digital performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage site updates and task workflows through agency coordination and Jira.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, offers, or campaigns.
- Proven experience in retail and digital sales with go-to-market execution.
- Proficiency with Figma and Photoshop for creating mock-ups and user journeys.
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Content Square.
- Hands-on experience managing workflows in Jira.
- Ability to work with data-driven initiatives to increase sales performance.
- Fluency in both English and Swedish.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a multi-functional environment.
