Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution for desktop and web applications. You will own the analysis, documentation, and validation of product functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document global requirements to ensure usability across core product functions.
• Capture user stories and describe future functionalities to software engineers, emphasizing business benefits.
• Guide software development lifecycles by explaining functional requirements and validating delivered functionality.
• Validate solutions and prototypes with stakeholders through demos and acceptance testing.
• Build prototypes with cross-industry potential to address specific customer problems.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a UX analyst.
• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with User Experience and User Interface Design for desktop and web applications.
• Ability to translate real-life challenges into software models with specified constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic programming skills and a strong affinity with IT systems.
• Proficiency in Acceptance Testing.
• Experience working within agile and scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a supply chain planning software role or product development organization.
• Knowledge of user-centric design processes.
• Experience interacting with technical teams within a three-tier architecture.
