Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of UX projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with product goals and resource constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, develop detailed plans, track progress, and oversee resource allocation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to align on goals and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure delivery within allocated resources.
• Report progress to stakeholders and articulate the value of UX program management to drive growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 3+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects within UX, product development, or technology teams.
• Deep understanding of UX processes and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proven ability to build working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendor partners.
• Experience facilitating meetings and driving tasks to completion across diverse teams.
• Ability to identify project challenges and partner with teams on problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Experience leading project teams or managing direct reports.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience working with large technology companies.
