Description

You will lead end-to-end user research to shape monitoring solutions and service portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research activities and document findings in a central repository.
• Conduct usability tests, interviews, on-site observations, and surveys to identify pain points.
• Facilitate workshops for functional framing, ideation, and co-design with stakeholders.
• Develop personas, experience maps, user journeys, and storyboards to communicate interaction models.
• Translate research insights into actionable suggestions for UI Designers and Developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX research roles.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes and user flows.
• Ability to work within agile environments.
• Experience using Figma for design communication.
• Collaboration skills with UI Designers and technical development teams.
• Ability to map complex business processes and use cases.
• Degree of any kind (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Participation in UX Chapter activities, including knowledge sharing and feedback sessions.
