Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define research goals and key questions.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with design teams to generate personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on research data.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience conducting user research for software or web-based applications.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency with UX design and research tools, specifically Figma and Dovetail.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Proven problem-solving skills applied to user experience challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to present research findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a hybrid or remote collaborative environment.
