Description
You will lead primary and secondary user research to drive strategic product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Plan and implement research strategies, methodologies, and ethnographic studies.
- Analyze research data to generate insights and present findings to executive sponsors and business stakeholders.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to inform design iterations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research topics and evaluate approaches.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of UX research experience.
- Strong understanding of UI Design.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with remote testing tools.
- Ability to formulate specific, practical research questions.
- Experience creating formal presentations and user finding reports.
- Proven track record of acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
- Any graduate degree.
