Description

You will lead end-to-end research initiatives to drive user-centered design across the product lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Analyze research data to identify trends, user pain points, and actionable insights.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other core UX research artifacts.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to track industry trends.
• Synthesize and present research findings to stakeholders in actionable formats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX research roles.
• Proficiency in User Testing.
• Experience with Optimal Workshop.
• Hands-on experience with Lookback.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience using Sketch.
• Competency in Axure.
• Any Graduate degree.
