Lead research activities to support technology programs and inform strategic initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research methods including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and ethnographies.
• Consult with internal clients to align research methods with business and customer objectives.
• Develop research instruments that create actionable knowledge while respecting participant time.
• Produce professionally packaged research results and report on product performance issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of others to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in customer or user experience research and feedback.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods such as card sorting, ethnographies, and large market-level surveys.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced analytical and visualization skills to identify trends and patterns.
• Strong storytelling, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
• Deep understanding of human behavior and psychology.
• Excellent written communication for documenting research plans and testing trends.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Human Factors, Interaction Design, or Usability Engineering.
• Experience with data visualization systems such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Familiarity with basic statistics and a methodological approach to work management.
