Lead evaluative user research to drive product innovation and insight.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research, including customer interviews, card sorts, and in-person usability studies.
• Conduct remote mobile and desktop studies to gather actionable feedback.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Design, and stakeholders to integrate business requirements into research frameworks.
• Partner with analytics and customer insights teams to interpret market trends and behavioral data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience performing user research in a software development environment.
• Full lifecycle research experience: study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
• Applied experience with usability testing, remote testing, card sorts, tree tests, and survey design.
• Strong understanding of research method selection and application across different product phases.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously in changing environments.
• Proven ability to work with designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience.
