Description

Lead user research initiatives to drive product decisions through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end research including scenario preparation, participant selection, in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and business analysts to identify critical research questions.
• Lead and coordinate UX team activities, providing guidance to fellow researchers and supporting UCD process implementation.
• Communicate research findings through concise written reports and in-person presentations to diverse audiences.
• Plan and manage research activities within defined budgets, timelines, and project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX research.
• Practical knowledge of quantitative methods and UX metrics such as SUS.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and analytical tools.
• Experience conducting remote interviews and usability evaluations using remote testing tools.
• Strong understanding of ResearchOps and the UCD process.
• Ability to moderate workshops and facilitate design sessions.
• Working knowledge of agile and lean design processes.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of UX writing and HCI issues.
• English proficiency at a B2/C1 level.
