Description

You will lead UX research initiatives to drive business strategy and identify user opportunities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute research strategies to answer known questions and reveal hidden factors.
• Design and conduct generative and evaluative research projects using mixed methods.
• Collect, store, and manage qualitative and quantitative data.
• Communicate findings to non-specialist stakeholders and advocate for UX solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading substantial qualitative and mixed methods research projects.
• Expertise in UX research methodologies including user interviews, work shadows, focus groups, and usability tests.
• Ability to provide work samples demonstrating research process, methods, and ability to convey findings.
• Strong capability to define value potential and develop solutions for identified opportunities.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Anthropology, Psychology, Human Factors, Information Science, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oil and Gas or other Engineering/Scientific domains.
• Experience working in Big Enterprise UX environments.
• Experience designing for help desk or productivity tools.
