Drive digital product development by grounding design and product direction in research-based insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse research methods including user interviews, co-creation, journey mapping, usability testing, concept tests, and surveys.
• Design and execute research studies following established best practices and methodologies.
• Present actionable results and recommendations to stakeholder teams and the wider organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX Design partners to integrate insights with quantitative data.
• Mentor other researchers and designers to scale research capabilities across the team.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of relevant UX Research experience in a product design environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative research across Design Thinking stages.
• Proven ability to lead generative and evaluative user research.
• Experience leading workshops in both in-person and remote settings.
• Proficiency with research tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting.com, Dovetail, EnjoyHQ, or Qualtrics.
• Strong ability to work with senior stakeholders and engineers.
• Analytical skills with the ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatism.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
