You will conduct research and provide analysis to inform the strategic direction of content and design across multiple digital products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate design questions and problems into testable hypotheses using specific methods and tasks.
• Scope, plan, and manage research programs including multiple related studies and stakeholder consultation.
• Prioritize research requests and timelines across various domains.
• Synthesize findings from multiple sources to provide high-order insights and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate research results through oral, written, and graphical data depictions.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of UX research experience focused on generating concise, actionable deliverables.
• Proficiency in usability testing, benchmarking, expert reviews, and competitive/comparative analysis.
• Ability to independently scope and plan research programs.
• Strong understanding of user interface design practices and principles.
• Experience applying various frameworks to synthesize and solve research problems.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a team to drive product development.
• Bachelor's Degree in a UX-related field, Communications, or Business equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in interactive design, information architecture, or market research.
• Knowledge of UserZoom, Adobe Connect, Sketch, or InVision.
