Lead user research to guide digital product development, focusing on usability, adoption, and user satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research goals and identify user needs.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Analyze and synthesize research data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders to support design and product strategy.
• Define and track UX metrics such as ease of use, adoption, and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX research.
• Experience working within a product development environment.
• Proficiency in conducting qualitative research methods like interviews and usability testing.
• Proficiency in conducting quantitative research methods like surveys.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Designers.
• Experience synthesizing complex data into actionable design recommendations.
• Experience tracking UX metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting regional field research with customers.
