You will own the development of research and insights for a scrum product team to drive how the organization understands and designs for store employees.
Responsibilities
Plan, design, and lead end-to-end research studies, including exploratory, formative, and evaluative research.
Partner with designers, developers, product managers, and senior leadership to enable informed decision-making.
Conduct research using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
Synthesize findings into actionable insights, frameworks, use cases, and design recommendations.
Frame key research questions and create comprehensive plans to address them.
Required Skills
3-5 years of experience as a UX researcher.
Expertise in end-to-end research processes.
Experience with heavy evaluative work, including usability testing, rapid iterative testing, and concept testing.
Experience conducting generative work such as interviews.
Experience leading research on mobile applications and websites serving multiple user roles.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, DSM, Zeppelin, Adobe XD, or Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), heuristic analysis, and accessibility concerns.
Ability to package insights into assets for cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience working within Scrum teams and conducting research during 2-week sprint cycles.
