Description

You will lead user research and design efforts to define user needs and shape product experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run user research to identify user jobs, pain points, and workflows.
• Facilitate user interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to surface assumptions.
• Translate raw research notes into clear findings, implications, and actionable next steps.
• Develop user role snapshots (personas), step-by-step journeys, and low-fidelity wireframes/flow diagrams.
• Document decisions and maintain a centralized research archive for team alignment.

Required Skills

• 4–7+ years of user research experience on product teams, preferably in enterprise or B2B.
• Proficiency in using Figma and Mural for design and collaboration.
• Ability to independently produce personas, user journeys, task flows, and low-fidelity wireframes.
• Strong capability in planning and running interviews, observing user work, and conducting usability checks.
• Expertise in transforming raw qualitative data into clear, prioritized, and executive-friendly insights.
• Confident facilitation skills, including guiding groups and driving discussions to clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
