You will own both UX research and UX design responsibilities, bridging insights with execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute UX research methodologies to inform design decisions.
• Develop user interface designs and optimize user experience workflows.
• Collaborate on design projects within a hybrid work model.
• Manage end-to-end tasks bridging research insights and design execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design.
• Proven ability to manage both research and design tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Strong proficiency in UX Design principles and tools.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable design strategies.
• Experience with UX Design tools and methodologies.
