Description

You design and develop user interfaces for mobile and desktop web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces, products, and services in collaboration with product owners.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand platform usage patterns.
• Contribute to reusable UI frameworks, component libraries, and style guides.
• Review requirements and workflow modeling to influence application design.
• Present design work and prototypes to engineering, product, and executive teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX design or related fields.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills for implementation.
• Proven experience with UI/UX design and creating mockups.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Experience designing for multiple form factors, including mobile and desktop.
• Knowledge of web-based information architecture and usability principles.
• Ability to work directly with developers in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, HCI, user experience, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create illustrations and visual images for complex systems.
• Experience conducting usability studies, user interviews, or contextual inquiry.
