Description

Lead multi-disciplinary UX teams to explore problem spaces through research, ideation, and prototyping.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Clarify business objectives for products and specific projects.
• Develop artifacts including project plans, diagrams, user journeys, and conceptual prototypes.
• Identify market opportunities by merging business requirements with customer needs.
• Produce 3-5 year vision statements to advocate for customer-centric product directions.
• Manage trade-offs between business objectives and UX decisions to influence product roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or related disciplines.
• Ability to model and concisely communicate complex systems and concepts.
• Experience working with researchers to utilize customer feedback and 0-1 research methods.
• Understanding of underlying technologies and platform-level developments such as iOS and voice.
• Ability to connect business goals to customer needs and problems to solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop strategies for prioritization and planning.
• T-shaped design skillset or background in related disciplines.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in facilitating workshops with stakeholders across technology, product, legal, and risk.
• Ability to commission customer encounters and co-design sessions.
• Strong storytelling skills to defend recommendations and align on methodologies.
