You design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences for web and digital products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback and data insights.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and responsive interfaces.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC or Razor.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility testing tools and methodologies.
