Description

You design and implement user-centered digital experiences through interface design and prototyping.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback and data insights.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into intuitive solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and responsive interfaces.
• Must have proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• GitHub presence required for portfolio review.
• Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Web development technologies such as ASP.NET MVC or Razor.
