You will design and deliver technology products within an agile team environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process end-to-end, from understanding user challenges to final delivery.
• Create, collaborate on, and iterate through design flows and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Work closely with product owners and front-end engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
• Use and evolve internal design systems to maintain consistency and scalability.
• Translate complex user problems into simple, functional outcomes that drive business results.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a product designer shipping live products.
• Expertise in Figma and following design best practices.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to conduct user research to understand problems and opportunities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering customer value through end-to-end design ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in eCommerce, checkout, or financial products.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
