Description

You will design end-to-end user experiences for complex digital products using human-centered design principles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, and journey maps to communicate solutions and gain stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to define pragmatic solutions and provide user-centered requirements during Epic and Feature definition.
• Identify and drive user research opportunities, assisting researchers in conducting evaluations and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Maintain and promote design guidelines and standards through the implementation of the customer's design system.
• Present and defend design concepts to peers and executive-level stakeholders to set strategic paths forward.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital product design.
• Proficiency with dedicated design tools, preferably Figma.
• Demonstrable experience using user research to inform and validate design decisions.
• Expertise in creating user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, and personas.
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and summarizing research findings with actionable recommendations.
• Ability to recognize patterns and strategic opportunities across multiple products and experiences.
• Proven skill in facilitating workshops with business and product stakeholders.
