You will craft conversational, intuitive content for digital web, mobile, and front-line employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit content for acquisition and servicing digital experiences across P&C lines including Auto, Umbrella, Home, Renters, Condo, and Personal Property.
- Provide navigational cues and intuitive instructions to guide users through applications and websites.
- Manage content within approved Excel framework artifacts and deliver work within a queue-based environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet daily goals and deliverables tracked in project management software.
- Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders and editorial teams into final copy artifacts prior to development handoff.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UX copywriting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with Designers and Product Managers.
- Hands-on experience using Figma.
- Hands-on experience using Excel.
- Hands-on experience using Rally or Jira.
- Proficiency in UX and Web Content Writing.
- Ability to apply brand documentation to maintain consistent tone and voice.
- Experience working within defined project management workflows and deadlines.
