Description

You will lead visual design and usability for products, establishing the overall application look and feel through detailed interface design.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute user interface screens, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes based on business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and technical leads to ensure design feasibility and alignment with functional requirements.
• Conduct usability and accessibility testing to ensure conformance with ADA requirements and established site standards.
• Analyze user flows and pain points to deliver visual and usability solutions that improve the end-user experience.
• Advise developers on UI/UX best practices, design patterns, and accessibility remediation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT-related design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma or a related design tool.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience designing to W3C and web accessibility standards.
• Expertise in applying ADA requirements to digital interfaces.
• Ability to create and facilitate usability tests with end users.
• Proven experience examining business processes to develop system interface designs.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in UI/UX Design or Graphic Design.
