You will lead the design architecture for B2C mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design B2C mobile application interfaces focused on usability and aesthetics.
• Apply user psychology principles to drive engagement and conversion rates.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to validate user flows and interactions.
• Own the end-to-end design process for mobile-first experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Mastery of Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD.
• Expertise in Sketch.
• Proven track record designing highly rated B2C mobile interfaces.
• Strong understanding of user psychology and conversion optimization.
• Ability to work from the office in Gurgaon.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the airlines domain.
• Ability to join the team on short notice.
