Description

You will own the UX design aspect of the product development process, acting as a high-level analyst and communicator rather than a hands-on production designer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze device UX to deliver feedback and alternative design solutions to designers.
• Communicate UX requirements and gather feedback from mobile carriers and international teams in South Korea.
• Manage the UX lifecycle by tracking, resolving issues, and ensuring development meets technical and market specifications.
• Conduct design research, usability studies, and competitive analysis of mobile device trends.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder updates.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of industry experience in executing UX deliverables or 1+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience with the full design cycle: requirements gathering, persona creation, wireframes, mockups, and user testing.
• Strong background in UX Design and Research, including analytical thinking and usability studies.
• Proven ability in project management and coordinating multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in mobile application design and application architecture.
• Advanced communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Legal.
• Proficiency with UX Design tools including Adobe, Sketch, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide tactical support to identify project risks.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Usability Engineering, or a related field.
