Description

You design and define user experiences for a suite of web-based sites and services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units, development teams, and QA to define information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Create documentation for complex applications including workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop visual design systems using iconography, typography, color, space, and texture.
• Design incremental improvements and new features within existing web applications to maintain consistency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional UX design experience on business applications.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to apply theories of color schemes, space, text placement, usability, and visual flow.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related Design field such as Interaction, Graphic, Visual, or Product design.
• Strong communication skills to work within project schedules and deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and manage a dynamic workload.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing online applications from concept through visual design.
• Experience defining information architecture via sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile design, Agile development, and web technologies.
