Description

You design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate user needs into elegant, usable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Apply human-centered design principles and usability best practices to solve real user problems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to interpret requirements and define experience solutions.
• Create and iterate designs based on user research, usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Support engineering handoff with design specs and implementation guidance while adhering to design systems and accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale through presentations and documentation.
