Description

You will design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences by transforming PRDs and wireframes into refined, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces within an Agile environment.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and stakeholder input.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems and guidelines.
• Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors and recommend design enhancements.
• Present design rationale and concepts clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design processes and usability heuristics.
• Experience implementing Material Design principles and scalable design systems.
• Ability to create and customize illustrations and icons for user interfaces.
• Proven experience working in Agile development teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for desktop applications.
