Description

You own the design lifecycle for medium-to-large projects, translating complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible user experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities for internal-facing applications, creating information architecture, user flows, and interaction models.
• Develop low-to-high fidelity prototypes and detailed UI specifications using Figma to guide development.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to the design system.
• Conduct usability research and evaluate new tools to improve design processes and team capabilities.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in experience design, preferably with internally-facing applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong background in creating wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience participating in SAFe Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, PI Planning, retrospectives).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for insurance, financial, or highly-regulated verticals.
• Familiarity with risk management and cybersecurity practices.
