iitjobs is looking for a UX/UI Designer who specializes in designing end-to-end application experiences (not just marketing webpages). This designer will play a key role in shaping Client’s evolving product ecosystem— Publisher Sharing Tools and Data oriented products. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has strong UI chops, can prototype quickly, and is comfortable using AI as a force multiplier for ideation, flows, design systems, and iterations.

You will be responsible for establishing a modern design process, elevating the user experience across all products, and partnering deeply with product managers and engineers to ship usable, polished interfaces.

Client is seeking for a candidate who has a real passion for design and builds their own projects on the side. Need some higher experienced UX designers. The candidates should show more details on UI examples of applications and very strong hands on experience in Figma. Strong Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Galileo, Uizard, Diagram, v0, etc.) 

Required skills:-

• Very strong hands on experience in Figma.
• Experience working in product teams
• Should be comfortable to design live using Figma for assignment which will take approximately 15 mins.
• Has the ability to convert product requirements into a complete design.
• Proficiency in Figma is absolutely necessary, including proper component structure and layered design files. 

AI-Enhanced Design Responsibilities

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Galileo, Uizard, Diagram, v0, etc.) to:
  • Generate fast explorations and variations
  • Create UX flows and user journeys
  • Speed up component/system creation
  • Automate repetitious design tasks
