Description

You will lead user experience strategy and design intuitive interfaces for our products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and incorporate findings into the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
• Iterate on designs using feedback, usability testing, and analytics to improve satisfaction.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

Required Skills

• 2-6 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree from IIT, NIID, MIT, NIFT, or Nirmal Institute.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong background in HCI, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design standards and best practices.
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies.
