Description

You will lead the UX team in translating business objectives and technical requirements into high-fidelity wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories, journeys, and task flows into low to high-fidelity UX wireframes and UI interaction specifications.
• Lead the development of user flow charts, journey maps, and competitive benchmarking studies.
• Create prototypes in Figma or InVision for stakeholder review and usability testing.
• Maintain organized design files and design system libraries to ensure consistency across UI components.
• Leverage web and business analytics data to inform design decisions and validate user experiences.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX or UI design roles.
• Proven expertise in designing for mobile and desktop web experiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe CS.
• Strong understanding of site architecture, navigation, and usability principles.
• Experience managing UX teams and providing design mentorship.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Basecamp.
• Ability to document design decisions and provide dev-ready assets.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Product Design, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing native mobile applications.
