Description

You will design, optimize, and integrate lending and credit experiences alongside portfolio management tools for clients and associates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to conduct research, develop blueprints, and facilitate design workshops.
• Deliver high-quality UX assets including annotated wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Drive user research by drafting plans, conducting interviews, writing questionnaires, and performing usability tests.
• Synthesize research results into user personas, use cases, and experience maps to inform product development.
• Communicate design rationale and human-centered design processes to product and business leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating the full design lifecycle.
• Expertise in Figma for generating low-fidelity prototypes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production-ready assets for developer handoff.
• Proven ability to create service blueprints, journey maps, and user flows.
• Experience working within established design systems and style guides.
• Demonstrated skill in Service Design best practices for both internal and external users.
• Strong workshop facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to design within business and technical constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce’s Lightning Design System or nCino.
