Description

You will lead UX/UI design activities across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation support. You own the design process, conducting user research to inform strategy and creating artifacts like personas, journey maps, and wireframes. You translate feedback into actionable design improvements and collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation. You maintain design systems, ensure WCAG 2.0/2.1 compliance, and present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights.
• Create user personas, journey maps, workflow diagrams, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate research findings and user feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Maintain design documentation, design systems, and ensure WCAG 2.0/2.1 accessibility compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience conducting user research and producing UX deliverables (personas, user flows).
• Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for front-end design tasks.
• Deep knowledge of responsive design principles and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0/2.1).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale enterprise, government, or education sector projects.
• Familiarity with legacy system modernization or data-driven applications.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional development environments.
