Description

You own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from discovery and research through prototyping, development handoff, and validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research throughout the SDLC, creating research guides, personas, journey maps, and synthesis artifacts.
• Build interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD to test application flows and design decisions.
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate product features, information hierarchy, and data mapping.
• Translate design concepts into reality using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to assist with requirements management and development.
• Oversee user testing sessions to validate assumptions and drive strategy based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital UX or UI design.
• 4+ years conducting user research and producing deliverables like personas, journey maps, and mind maps.
• 4+ years using standard UX/UI software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for front-end implementation.
• Experience with Mural, Lucid Chart, MS Visio, and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0/2.1 accessibility requirements and responsive/mobile design trends.
• Ability to manage project documentation in SharePoint, Jira, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to and maintaining a UX/UI style and design library.
• Background in presenting best practices and knowledge sharing at office or division levels.
