You will design exceptional user experiences through professional, visually compelling interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on data insights.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Translate business requirements from Product Owners and BAs into intuitive design solutions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or digital products.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Must have HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency.
  • A portfolio showcasing user-centered design and responsive interfaces.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility testing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Web development technologies, such as ASP.NET MVC and Razor.
