Description

You will own the design process from discovery through to delivery, ensuring solutions meet user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Design user flows, information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Produce high-quality interface and visual designs adhering to design systems and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate concepts into delivered solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and reusable components.

Required Skills

• Expertise in designing user interactions and end-to-end experiences using user-centered approaches.
• Ability to evaluate usability and accessibility using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Skill in analyzing user needs, behaviors, and contexts to inform design.
• Experience defining and managing user-centered requirements with product teams.
• Experience designing and improving customer experiences across digital journeys.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering software within regulated or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise or government design systems (e.g., Material Design, Fluent UI).
• Experience with design handover workflows and specifications for engineering teams.
