Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Develop interactive designs that ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
• Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to iteratively improve designs.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Axure.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and final outcomes.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
