Description

You will define and drive the design strategy for the ULTRUS software suite.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the design vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ULTRUS suite, aligning with business objectives.
• Conduct and synthesize user, market, and competitive research to generate insights that inform product direction and design system evolution.
• Develop strategic artifacts, including service blueprints, experience maps, and journey maps.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate design strategy into actionable execution, guiding UI/UX and information architecture.
• Measure and articulate the impact of design strategy on key outcomes like user engagement and time-to-value.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, HCI, Business Strategy, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in design strategy, service design, or product design, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to translate user research and business objectives into strategic design direction and tangible outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise users and complex domains like supply chain or data-intensive workflows.
• Strong ability to communicate strategic and visual narratives to executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Understanding of modular design systems, design tokens, and component libraries.
• Experience in Product Design, User Experience, and User Interface design.
